Tending to Your Garden

Loving and Being Loved…

Tending to Your Garden

Loving and Being Loved…

We all have the innate capacity to heal. Healing means being well. It means having the courage to listen to our hearts, and the conviction to bring stillness to our minds. We are in a day and age where it has become absolutely necessary to tend to our own, individual gardens. What this means is that we are each responsible for uncovering happiness within ourselves. The more happiness we are able reveal, the more we are able to blossom and grow into who we are intended to be.

What often stops us from becoming who we truly are is a lack of self love. While we have all heard this a million times before, we rarely stop to contemplate what this truly means, or the ramifications it can manifest in our lives. When we are lacking in self love, our gardens shrivel and cease to expand because there is no nurturing energy encouraging them into existence.

It is time for each of us to grow. It is true that we are facing challenges that may seem unfamiliar and sometimes even impossible to overcome. The truth is that nothing is too difficult to overcome, only it takes perseverance and patience within ourselves while we are learning and growing in foreign territory. Use this time to spread your wings anew. Welcome what you may not yet recognize, and grow into the exotic flower you are! You are more than you could ever possibly imagine, and now is your time to shine light upon the truth in your heart.

Radiate goodness, radiate warmth…let yourself love and be loved.
