How do I find the right size?

Women’s Sizing

For your convenience all women’s bracelets offer beautiful Sterling Silver dual-sizing hammered clasps, each 0.5 inches apart, that allow you to wear your bracelet in two different sizes. To choose your perfect bracelet size, we suggest you first measure your wrist snuggly, and then ADD ONE INCH. If you find yourself in-between sizes, err on the size of SMALLER,  as you will always be able to wear it a full size larger as well if you choose. If your bracelet is the right size for you, you will never be in danger of losing it.

We pay your shipping! Essence Bracelets is proud to offer your FREE SHIPPING anywhere within the United States and Canada! Once your bracelet has left our warehouse (within 48 hours of order), you can expect to receive your order within 4-8 business days, depending on Customs clearance. Need your bracelet in a hurry? Choose 1-3 day shipping at checkout, and pay only $9 extra!

Returns
Our intention is for you to love your bracelet. If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your purchase, a full refund (less shipping charges) will be issued. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Once you have obtained a return authorization number, there is no rush to get your bracelet to us, and it can be sent via regular mail. A full refund will be issued upon the return of the bracelet in its original packaging and condition. Although it is not necessary to courier your return, we suggest you insure your package with tracking so you will know when we have successfully received it.

Repairs
If your bracelet is cleared regularly with sea salt, it should remain healthy and strong. If regular wear and tear should cause it to break, or be in need of repair for any reason, we will gladly re-bless, re-string, and replace up to 5 gemstones free of charge for up to 6 months from date of purchase. After 6 months, a $20 handling charge will be applied. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs – please include $15 for return postage, payable to Essence Bracelets. Mail all shipments to:

Choosing a Bracelet

Which Bracelet(s) do I choose?
We recommend that you first view the entire collection, taking note of which bracelets initially catch your attention – both aesthetically and intuitively. Next, take that list and read the messages and prayers that each bracelet is infused with. Pay attention to how each message makes you FEEL…and to which ones seem to call out to you. Let yourself become quiet, and do not worry about making a ‘wrong’ decision; let the bracelet that you need most at this time, find YOU. You cannot make a poor choice, as each bracelet represents different aspects of your Essence – who you already are naturally. You will find that some bracelets ‘speak’ to you more than others, depending upon which qualities you may need strengthened and supported at the time of choosing.

Maintenance

How do I keep my bracelet strong and healthy?
Gemstones bring healing to us by naturally by absorbing our energy. In order to keep your bracelet light and working in its optimal condition, it is important to clear it regularly. The easiest way to clear your bracelet is by placing it in a bed of sea salt for a maximum of 8 hours. Do not leave your bracelet in salt over several days, as silver can become tarnished from oxidation. Simply lay a thin bed of sea salt in a small dish (without water), and lay your bracelet on top of the salt. You will be amazed at how different your bracelet feels once it has been cleared of any heavy energies. If you ever find yourself not feeling like wearing your bracelet, it is probably an indication that it needs to be cleared. If you are wearing your bracelet every day, a good general rule of thumb is to clear it every 2-4 weeks.

Washing my Essence Bracelet
Gemstones can become dulled over time from your natural oils. To return your bracelet to its original brilliance, simply buff stones with a dry, soft cloth. If silver becomes slightly tarnished, you can use a liquid silver cleaner occasionally, but do not immerse in liquid for more than 10 seconds.
