Dad my Father in law has passed on .Now I feel there is a another very special person in my life that is watching over me.How lucky can I be. I still miss you ,and shall always remember the wonderful years I had you in my life.

All I can say is BEAUTIFUL…..The video is so great. I love my three bracelets, wish I could get more, still working on my husband he thinks three is more than enought (what does he know)…..

It really is about “rising up” to meet our collective self/ves. Bruno and Braco are wonderful mirrors to accelerate that lift-up and, at times, lift-off! Gone are the days of rumination of perceived failure packed inside the hamster-wheel of details in the mind. There is a greater ability to embrace and own for ourselves the power of each moment’s intrinsic nature and gift for self and global transformation without anguish, worry, blame or self-recrimanations of thinking it could have, should have been done better. You’re right, it so Is with each breath we take. And because we can be guaranteed we will take that next breath (till we don’t!) we have everything we need. If we can feel that expansion, that blossoming only once, it is where we must hitch our star and be so happy about it. Never has the air or molecules been so rich. Lesley, loved what you wrote. The more this is brought to our awareness the more we validate this truth for self. It is already in process. To know that this growth leaves noone behind. To quote Beyonce, we can change the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im thinking our lives are so structured,but we still can learn that we always have open choices.To make a decison and not to second guess your choice is a happy , spiritual moment.Its opening up your mind to let your inner energy flow out , breath not shallow but full, inhale ,exhale.Relax and let things be calm,this will asure you your thoughts are what you feel.Follow your heart….As I write, Today would have been my Dads Birthday,he passed at the young age of 42,his heart was a defect.Today I had gone to the hospital to see my Father in law whom I was his primary caretaker for the last few years,whom at eightyeight years old doesnt have the will to live.As much as I tried to keep him in good spirits and happy to be, he has been my father in law for thirty three years as well,he is dying from kidney failure and phneumonia. He could not breath- all nurses rushed in,one Doctor yelled to me” what is his wish should he start to pass”? Tears and a heavylack of breath I said his wishes,not mine, do not recesitate as I looked at his face from the end of the bed,so disapointed with having to say that.This was so unfair to say but for whom?Me ?,He has the right at eighty eight to take a step back and retire to heaven but somehow his heart picked up an extra beat and his airway opened.He is alive andnow needs my answer again on what to do with what little time he has left. I need strenghth, prayers, inner thoughts to help me get through his wishes till his last breath.Anyway, Happy Birthday to my Dad whom had a will to live but couldnt, and goodbye till we meet again to my Father in law who has no will to live,but could have…. Only now ive lost both and its not about me is it?
